Working closely with the Managing Director, agreed aims and objectives, provided project plan (Project 365) and agreed budgets. The projects include, complete re-vamp of company website (Word Press + Plugins), review and replace content as part of the SEO campaign, creation/copywrite from base data and research, News articles, case studies and white papers.

Development of eMarketing strategy and implementation using Constant Contact and Mail Chimp. Creation of printed collateral. Development of Social Media plan and implementation (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).

Introduction of CRM system (Insightly) into the business, customise and integrate with Website and emarketing systems. Analysis of click-through and web statistics, google analytics and social media activity – presentations to Directors – introduction of sales follow-up plan.

Proactively developing sales and marketing concepts and plans with associated budgets. Liaising with international Publications.
